Layer Name	Displays the name of the selected Effect Line.
Stroke Width	You can designate the value (0-50) of the Effect Line's Stroke Width (Outer Circumference). You can also set the stroke's color.
Visible Button	You can switch the display of the Effect Line ON or OFF. The default is ON. If you switch it to OFF, the Effect Line will become invisible.
Draw Outside Panel Button	You can switch the restrictions of the Effect Line ON or OFF. The default is OFF. When switched OFF, the Effect Line will only appear inside the panel. If you switch it ON the Effect Line will appear outside the limits of the panel.
Reset Button	You can restore the Layer's Properties to their Original Default Settings. *It cannot be reset to a state previously changed by either the mouse or the toolbar.
