You can edit 2D layers like Effects and BG Image with this Toolbar.
2D layers are 2 dimensional images that can overlap each other.

※All of these are in regards to the layer you have selected at that moment.

Go Up Moves the 2D layer up. |

Go Down Moves the 2D layer down. |

Go to Left Moves the 2D layer left. |
 |
Go to Right Moves the 2D layer right. |
 |
Expand Increases the 2D layer's size. |
 |
Contract Decreases the 2D layer's size. |
 |
Fit to Panel Fits the size of the 2D layer to the panel. For panels that are long in width, it matches the width. For panels that are long in height, it matches height. |

Reset Size The 2D layer will revert to its original size. |
 |
Rotate Left The 2D layer will rotate to the left. Hold shift and press the button for an even greater rotation. |
 |
Rotate Right The 2D layer will rotate to the right. Hold shift and press the button for an even greater rotation. |
 |
Flip Vertical The 2D layer will flip vertically. |
 |
Flip Horizonta The 2D layer will flip horizontally. |
 |
Reset Aspect Ratio Reverts the aspect ratio of the 2D layer. |

Fixed Aspect Ratio Locks the aspect ratio of the 2D layer when increasing/decreasing the size. |
