Layer Name	Displays the name of the selected Balloon.
Stroke Width	You can designate the value (0-50) of the Panel's Stroke Width (Outer Circumference). You can also set the stroke's color.
Line Weight	You can designate the value (0-50) of the Panel's Line Weight (Inner Circumference) *If you want to remove the grid lines, as it's also possible to change the color of the lines, set the Line Color to the same color of the background.
Visible Button	You can switch the display of the Balloon and the text inside ON or OFF. The default is ON. If you switch it to OFF, the Balloon and the text inside will become invisible.
Draw Outside Panel Button	You can switch the panel restrictions of the Balloon ON or OFF. The default is OFF. If you switch it ON the Balloon will appear outside the limits of the panel.
Reset Button	You can restore the Layer's Properties to their Original Default Settings. *It cannot be reset to a state previously changed by either the mouse or the toolbar.

Text Input	The characters you type will be input as text inside the Balloon.
Text Direction Button	You can switch the direction of the text inside to horizontal or vertical.
Font Button	You can change the font settings of the text inside.
Balloon Style Button	You can change the style of an already positioned Balloon
