Layer Name	Displays the name of the selected Balloon.
Visible Button	You can switch the display of the text ON or OFF. The default is ON. If you switch it to OFF, the text will become invisible.
Draw Outside Panel Button	You can switch the restrictions of the text ON or OFF. The default is OFF. When switched OFF, the text will only appear inside the Balloon. If you switch it ON the Balloon will appear outside the limits of the Balloon and the panel.

Text Input	The characters you type will be input as text inside the Balloon.
Text Direction Button	You can switch the direction of the text inside to horizontal or vertical.
Font Button	You can change the font settings of the text inside.
